Moves, adds and changes happen in business, every day. Perhaps your business is growing and expanding into another location, or you’ve been adding new employees. That’s great! As your business phone systems provider, we’re here to help make any changes to your phone system as simple as possible.

Our MAC department for moves, adds and changes, is here to respond to all non-emergency system changes like:

• Adding employees
• Adding additional lines or removing current lines
• Small configuration changes
• Entire system relocations, moving to a new location or installing a new system
• Voice Mail changes
• Telephone system troubleshooting

Most MAC work is small, and typically calls to this department are for things that can be planned for in advance. Our response time for moves, adds and changes is a maximum of three days. Generally, we are able to respond the following day.
